The Church School is the core of the church experience for our young people. It is led by Superintendent, Ms. Aileen Helsley.
Every Sunday the children are invited forward to participate in our children’s message. Our classes begin after dismissal from worship following the children’s message and operate from September through June. During the summer a less formal Sunday School still meets. There are many opportunities for participation for all ages throughout the year. Our youngest members can sit with their families or can play in our fully staffed nursery.
Our church school also offers exciting group activities such as the annual Christmas pageant. We have a church school bulletin board in the main hallway that each class designs in keeping with what they are learning in class. The Church School year concludes with attendance recognition/moving up ceremony. Any question about Sunday School can either be directed to Superintendent Helsley or to Rev. Appleyard-Pekich.
