"The Seven Last Words of Christ:  How They Inform Our Own Understandings of Living and Dying"

All four Gospels record Jesus' dying words from the cross.  Our Lord's valedictions differ in each Gospel account, and provide a thumbnail insight into the differing theological underpinnings and emphases of the four Evangelists.  The course will afford ample discussion centered around end of life issues, and what must we say before we die.
