Church School Program
The Church School is the core of the church experience for the young people. It is lead by our Superintendent, Mr. Sherman Richards.

There are 75 plus students enrolled in kindergarten through high school classes. All the classes are team taught by 15 dedicated teachers with two teachers in each class.

Our classes start at 10:00 a.m. and operate from September through June. The 2 and 3 year olds and the kindergarten class attend chapel as an introduction to the worship experience. There are many opportunities for participation for all ages throughout the year.

Our church school also offers exciting group activities such as the annual Christmas pageant, "Bible Land" when stories from the bible are portrayed by each class, and the Cherub Choir made up of our 2 and 3 year olds and kindergarten class. We have a church school bulletin board in the main hallway that each class designs in keeping with what they are learning in class. Each child in our third grade class is given a Bible in October during a special ceremony in the sanctuary. The Church School year concludes with certificates and attendance pins for all students. This is followed by an ice cream social when the students are joined by the congregation in Shadewald Hall.
