The Annual Congregational Meeting is held after the worship service each November in Schadewall Hall.

Action is taken on the proposed budget for the coming year as well as the election of Elders and Deacons for the Consistory. Various groups in the church make reports and long and short term goals are suggested.

All members are eligible to make and vote on the motions.  Adherents are invited to join us and be part of the discussions but may not vote.  For more information on the past or future meetings may be obtained by contacting the church office at 845-331-4121.
